I've lived in or near Ellicott City since moving here in 2001. My heart breaks for the residents and business owners who have experienced not one, but two devastating and deadly flash floods just 22 months apart. Some buildings were still under renovation and others recently opened.
There are many ways to support relief efforts either through donating or volunteering. I've crafted my own unique fundraiser whereby 100% of sales for the dates listed below will go to the Ellicott City Partnership. Yes, 100%. If you have been wanting your annual family portrait session or perhaps have never had one, now is great time.
